Similar to your bathroom ware and tiles we get asked the question of how much will I spend on my laundry fixtures and tiles? And our response is what do you like and what is your budget?

Sometimes within our quotation, we provide an allowance for custom joinery, as we take you through your design journey with your allocated designer you will find certain products, designs and finishes that can influence your selections and finishes.

To get a proper understanding of an accurate budget, time is required to be spent understanding each detail of your space. To help you with this we have provided a product buy guide to give you guidance on some products and styles with an estimated cost.

ACT Renovations has made an allowance to install a product in your quotation. So regardless of your investment into this product, the installation process is the same allowing you to select your products without thinking we will raise the price pending the product investment (subject to the scope of works required is the same as quoted for the installation of the selected product).

You are not restricted to our recommended suppliers, but we do provide a 10% discount on tiles and a 7% discount on your bathroom/laundry ware supply from our suppliers. Some special acquired products can sometimes be exempt from the discount.
