YOUR IDEAS + OUR EXPERIENCE
We begin your renovation journey with an in-home consultation. In this appointment, our Construction Consultant discusses your vision for your space and advises how to achieve this. Before assembling your quotation for your acceptance, we will endeavour to provide you with some estimated costs.

Your project-specific interior designer will visit your home to discuss the finer details of the spaces we’re renovating and take precise measurements—this ensures we reflect your requests in the plans.

- Plans
- Layout and function
- Fittings and finishes, and
- Readying construction documents for our build team.

RENOVATION
- Demolition
We prepare the construction area before commencing any works as this preserves your home. Once it’s sufficiently prepared, it’s out with the old! - Foundations
After the demolition, our carpentry team begins foundation laying and rough in preparations. They create and frame new spaces, frame in niches and straighten walls. - Rough-InOnce the bathroom(s) has its new foundations and structure, our fully qualified electricians and plumbing team prepares and installs all relevant fittings such as tap breaches, drains, power points and more.
- Sheeting
We sheet the walls, the framing disappears, and you start to see the room take shape. - Waterproofing
Our licensed waterproofer will apply our 10-year guarantee waterproofing system to your bathroom(s). - Tiling
This step is always our clients’ favourite as the bathroom(s) personality begins to reveal itself! Our team completes the floor and wall tiling, grouting and caulking as per your design. - Plastering
Depending on the type of construction of your bathroom(s), the plastering will occur at different stages. If you are tiling to the ceiling, our plasterer will conduct a quality check to set and cornice the construction space as required. - Painting
Before fitting off your larger items, our painting team will apply paint to the construction areas in your bathroom(s). - Fit Off
The fit off stage is where all your products start going in. The construction team returns and fits your selected fittings, such as vanities, tapware, electrical items, doors and more.
- Shower Screen
The last step in the renovation process sees your custom shower screen installed to finish off your new bathroom(s)!
