In need of a new layout within all three bathrooms, we reconfigured the spaces to create light and simplicity. The clients found it essential to have natural light and additional storage. This was achieved through new double-glazed windows and custom solid timber joinery positioned under, above and behind the vanity. By using a large 600 x 600 tile format in a light stone helped to bounce light around the rooms which were balanced out by the matte black tapware featured in all bathrooms. Each bathroom had its own unique features, including a half-height wall along the shower for storage space in the downstairs ensuite, a spa bath to create a retreat within the upstairs ensuite and a nib wall creating a sense of privacy in the last bathroom.
